I recently stayed with my work team at the Kids Alive Peru Team Apartment and was amazed at how time spent in the apartment perfectly complimented the rest of our time outside of it. The spacious living room was a perfect place for our team to meet together to reflect on and praise God each day for our opportunity to be a blessing to the people of Peru, the national workers that we worked alongside, and the missionaries who hosted us. The kitchen became a great place to get to know others in the team as we cooked breakfast together and cleaned up after other meals. The family-style meals in the dining room also provided great opportunities to share stories from the day. The apartment is a great bargain, too, at only $7US per person per night. This place definitely gets four out of four hooves from me.
